BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking details.
Minimum order
$150, excluding delivery charge and taxes. Some peak dates may require higher minimums. Game Day and Holiday Catering have a 10-person minimum.
When to order
Finalize your order 3 weeks before the event to ensure availability. Need something sooner? Ask about availability.
Deposit & balance
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Tax & tipping
Applicable sales tax is itemized separately. Tips are optional. Ordinary drop-off and delivery with buffet setup have no automatic gratuity or percentage service charge.
Delivery & basic buffet setup
Local delivery is $50, including basic buffet setup, for locations within approximately 30 minutes of our kitchen. No separate basic setup fee is added to the delivery fee.
Warming equipment
Disposable warming kits: $25 each, quoted according to your menu and setup needs. Suitable equipment provided by you or your venue avoids our warming-kit charge; delivery still applies.
Travel & access
Delivery outside the local area is quoted individually based on travel and setup needs. Share the full address, access details and setup needs so we can confirm your charge before booking.
Staff staying onsite
Onsite staffing is quoted separately according to confirmed duties, staff count and hours, including required arrival and setup time. Availability and support are confirmed in your quote.
