We typically recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance.

Booking Details

• Minimum Order: $150 (excludes delivery charge and taxes).

• Reservations: Finalize your order 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure availability.

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

• Gratuity & Tax: A 15% gratuity and 5.5% sales tax will be added to all events.

• On-Site Setup Fee: For events in Dane County, there’s a $150 on-site setup fee.

• Delivery Charge: For events outside of Dane County, there is a $25 delivery charge up to 1.5 hours from our location.
